Using mobile devices and online tools, inspection results are documented efficiently and reports are generated instantly and are accessible online.
BRC has built the most extensive building inspection network in Canada across 100,000+ buildings generating 750,000 reports.
Inspection results from over 40 million device inspections using BRC form the Canadian industry’s largest database. An Industry Report with summary results is available to Members.
Their 90% Member retention rate is partly due to BRC’s assistance with launch strategy, marketing, and workflow management to help Members stay competitive in an ever-changing marketplace.
Cindy Leber has been the President since Building Reports Canada opened in 2004. In that time, BRC has moved from a reporting to an operational tool after numerous handheld upgrades and thousands of updates/improvements.
